Privacy & PDPA

Privacy is the foundation of MindU, not a feature. This page summarises our approach — it is a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. Anonymity first

You can use MindU's daily sanctuary with a zero-knowledge identity. We do not require your real name to begin, and conversations are encrypted on your device.

2. Server-blind by design

Everyday interactions are designed so that we cannot read the content of your conversations on our servers. Decryption in higher-risk situations only occurs with your explicit consent.

3. Crisis handling

If our safety systems detect a high risk of harm, a consent-based crisis pathway may be activated to help connect you to appropriate support, in line with our duty of care.

4. De-identified insights

Campus and employer partners only ever receive aggregated, de-identified group trends. Individual users are never identifiable in partner reporting.

5. Your rights (PDPA 2024)

6. Contact
